Wizards Take Commanding 3-0 Series Lead (Friday Night in the Pod)

Today on ZardCast, CT, David, Max and friend of the pod Kevin convene late night after the Washington Wizards take a commanding 3-0 series lead over the Toronto Raptors in the first round.  The guys are a few beers deep as they set off discussing a similar first half to the previous two games, “Found Money Drew Gooden,” second half sloppiness, all of the big plays in the fourth quarter, Otto Porter’s big time shots, Paul Pierce coming up clutch again, if the Wizards will sweep and much more.

  • It’s finally happening with Otto Porter, hits two huge threes at the end of the game, feeling sassy and confident
  • The Wizards have been so much more composed this series
  • It was lucky Pierce’s dagger three at the end hit, that play was a total bust and they needed a basket
